Trees arrived in good shape and were as adverrtised. I appreciate their broad selection of often hard to find trees.

Their products are good but their customer service is HORRIBLE. Non-existent, in fact. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, so I emailed them 5 minutes after I ordered and asked if they could cancel that order, so I could re-order the size I want and they refused. Not very understanding or willing to work with their customers, even repeat customers that have spent a LOT of money with them over the years.

I purchased various vines and trees. Out of the eight vines all were dead except 2. I never received the 4 trees. When I would inquire about my trees I continued to receive the same repetitive answer. They stole my money. Do not trust TN. You will lose your money.

I placed an order of moss for a specific job I’m doing and still have not received any indication of when it will ship even after reaching out twice. The only email said we are shipping shrubs right now and when your email said it would ship the week of …it will ship the week of that. But I ordered moss and it didn’t have any date when it would ship. I’m even actually fine with it taking a long time to ship I just need to know that so I can actually order from a different source so I can fulfill this client’s order for her boulders.

Outside of trying to to go back and review before end was hard

Ordered at the beginning of October for buy 1 get one fire bushes and still nothing. Made sure they charged my card right away though.

Been 2 months company refuses to do a refund have received nothing. Will have to file for credit card fraud. All these reviews are fake they delete the negative reviews / comments on Facebook

Haven't seen my plants yet. Two red dogwood trees were supposed to be shipped. Haven't been able to access shipping app.
