I purchased trees in September and was told delivery would be “late October.” There is now 1 day left until December and I still have not received them. When contacting customer service, they simply state “they are being dug” and refuse to give a firm timeline for when I can expect to receive them. It has already snowed twice, and temperatures are plummeting. Dormant or not, there is virtually no chance of getting plants in the ground now and expecting them to survive.
