TN Nursery

***In response to TN Nursery (see below), that seems to be a generic reply to these bad reviews that seem to be nearly all the same in nature. The good reviews are people who didn't have problems. Almost all the bad reviews are the same issue with customer service when there is a problem. There's no resolution, or it's very challenging to get one.

There is no customer service. If you email them, it's pathetic customer service. You can't call customer service and they won't call you on request. The customer service goes to the sales people, and they aren't "authorized" to deal with the problem. I disputed the charge with the credit card company. No more business from me, and I hope this review drives more people to their local nursery. The BBB statement says it all. You shouldn't be in business.****

Only problem I had was when looking at plants, if I clicked on one when I tried to go back I would have to start over. But that could just be me.

I never received my order and they insisted I did. Sent me a picture that came from another company. Out a lot of money but lesson learned. I will never purchase from them again, a given, but did they really have to be deceptive??!! And did they need my money that badly! Bad experience with a company I thought I could trust.

Excited to find 2 tree types I was looking for, I originally ordered in spring with bogo sale. All trees except 1 promptly died despite being planted a day or two after delivery. Reached out for a return, was given a gift card. Ordered replacement trees (again bogo) but didn't ship until this week despite being reordered in JUNE. Current temp outside is 10 F and ground is frozen, so I'm not sure how I'm going to keep these trees alive over the winter. Will not be doing business again. If my replacement order was on CC I would be disputing the charge.

The product I received was great. However, I wished each item had been labeled as to what it was and what kind of care each items needs. And does it require any sand, potting soil? Etc. also how much water do they need and how often. And how are the supposed to be set up in the container we. Also is it supposed to be an open or closed terrarium?
