TN Nursery

TN N ursery sends way too many emails - as many as three a day. This led me to unsubscribe and block. I assumed this would only apply to marketing messages, butfear this may have disrupted my order of ferns and moss is seriously overdue.

I have ordered many times from
TN nursery and have had all good experiences with them. Their plants are healthy and are sold at a very reasonable price.

They explained everything to you about what you we’re ordering and what you were receiving. Easy to navigate and easy to use

Way back in October, I ordered $156 worth of moss to "Ship Now". 3 weeks passed and I had received no updates or communication about my order. I finally reached out and they said they are "waiting for it to arrive".

Another 2 weeks go by with no word from TN Nursery and by now the ground has been freezing and its our cold, rainy/snowy season. I reach out to cancel my order since it is too late for me to use the moss at this point.

3 days later, they say they can't cancel or refund because the order was fulfilled. Magically they finally have it 3 days after I try to cancel.

7 weeks after ordering, it finally arrives and... what a joke. They literally just scooped up some forest floor and threw it in a box. 80% of the box is just dead grass, twigs, dirt, snails, weeds, etc. What little moss is in there is mostly just crumbles -...

Web site was easy to use and options for purchase that were available are shown and understandable.
