I ordered trees for “fall shipping”, long story short, they did not send my order out until December. That is winter in Wisconsin and the ground is frozen. I told them I want to cancel my order and get a refund. I’ve attempted to contact them 3 times about this issue and have not heard back. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I do not recommend buying from this company, if I could give a lower rating it is certainly deserved.

Buyer, beware!!!

Upon my order on September 24, 2024 I ordered 3 PG hydrangeas… It was a buy one get one free promotion… A total of 6 PG hydrangeas to be delivered. Upon my order on September, 24/24 I contacted Customer Service and communicated With them that I will be traveling internationally on October 22… They assured me that there was not a problem and that an email will be sent out prior to shipment to when an expected delivery date would be. The day before I wish to travel, I still have not heard anything and contacted customer service again. They communicated with me that they would send out an email that the products were ready and...
