TN Nursery

It’s been weeks and I still haven’t received my order. I received a tracking number over a week ago but the package has never been picked up. I’ve sent several emails but they don’t respond. Very concerned.

I ordered online and I had a wonderful very knowledgeable and polite customer service agent her name is Katie. She went the extra mile to help me with all my questions and to make some wonderful decisions because of her knowledge. For the prices you can't beat it I would highly recommend them. BUYER BEWARE!!! Dishonest company. I ordered during a buy one get one I purchased 2 of each and only received only the 2. I also ordered later after seeing a clearance section where it stated buy 1 blue hydrangea get 2 free.. I purchased 5 so I should have received 15 , I received 10
I sent an email, but it said they couldn’t do anything because it is after 24 hrs. There are no papers included except for look how great our plants will be in the spring. No receipt, no packaging list especially said policy.
I tried to call …. Forget that too. They obviously don’t want to talk to you. Bad bad bad. Shame

Nightmare company to do business with. Heaven forbid you have a claim for dead trees. Employees keep passing the buck, and no one cares. In fact, they make excuse after excuse, even to the point of stating, " You have been identified in fraud alerts and we will not be able to ship you any more trees." Wow, what an excuse, after I have called over a dozen times, to follow up on a claim for from October 23, 2024, to get credit for 3 dead trees, with less than 60.00 in value. Stay far far away, and do yourself a big favor and avoid them at all costs. As for the businesses response to "multiple gift cards issued" No one will review the credits, as the so called "multiple gift cards" to reflect the dead trees, were never received, along with the dead trees from my October 23, 2024 claim. I have kept in touch with Rachael and Karen on getting some trees for my back yard. I bought what I wanted for a very good price. I will be installing artigicial grass on my front lawn so I will be ordering flower bushes.

I am buying 5 Christmas ferns with the buy one get one free.
The invoice says that but nowhere does it say that I will receive 10 plants
