It is so hard to get a human on the phone. I placed my order two weeks ago and still no update on shipping. Finally got someone from the company to come to the phone and it was like pulling teeth just to figure out what was going on with my order. At this point I have no clue if my items will ship or if this website is a scam. Employee yesterday 12/19 said my order is now going to their "warehouse" to be shipped now at the end of the next business day still no updates. I would just like more transparent communication. I have been in the dark since giving them my payment.

Beware! These folks are crooks - they charge you for items but never ship them, provide false tracking numbers and then charge your card again for “additional shipping costs” but don’t even tell you which order they are charging you more for. I’ve sent countless emails to customer service and they just flat out ignore your emails. I’ve had to submit a dispute with my credit card company and am also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. You call their phone number and it just tells you to email them and hangs up on you, but they never respond to your emails. Do not buy with them unless you are prepared to get ripped off.
