Ordered creeping phlox plants from TN Nursery and they messed up my order multiple times. Online ordering didn't work (issue with their website), then I called to place the order over the phone and they ended up placing the order online for me anyway. Of course the order got messed up even when they placed it on their end. So I emailed them and asked to make sure that I would be getting the correct plants, not what was in the messed up confirmation email. They confirmed that I'd get the correct plants, but when the plants arrived the quantities were all wrong. Plus, I paid extra for the faster shipping and they ended up forgetting about that and shipped it via regular mail.

I asked them if they could correct their mistake and in response got an email saying that if I wasn't satisfied with my order, I could ship it back and that I'd have to pay for the shipping costs. I...
