Timeshare Help Center

I liked timeshare help center because I felt I was in good hands with them, but after several months, I never heard anything from them. I think messages should come in a timely manner about the progress of my agreement and its progress. About this time, I couldn't even get anyone to answer my calls and or messages. Not feeling very confident that I have made the right decision to send them my hard earned money.

To begin, I'd like to mention that Timeshare Help Center wasn't the first exit company I've consulted. I had grown tired of companies providing false hope with ambiguous language. Jabbar had previously called me without being pushy and left his number, respecting my wishes to be called back. I eventually answered, and he was extremely understanding, making the call feel like a genuine conversation rather than a typical sales pitch. He was excellent from start to finish, and I was very pleased with our conversation.

Amazing customer service by Joshua. He helped us every step of the way. Explaination was concise. I would recomend Timeshare help to everyone needing help exiting.

I originally had a misunderstanding with Jaime about getting calls back, but he reached out, understood where I was coming from, and explained the situation. He then helped me resolve the issue I was originally trying to contact him about.
