There is a strong reason that TIES 360 has a 4.8 rating - they are a well managed company due to the owner, Kay and the general manager, Jim who have hired top quality employees. I had them clean/sanitize my A/C vents, install Aeroseal in my supply/return runs and install Aerus air scrubbers on both of my air handlers. I observed the entire process over the two long days that the crews worked. It was refreshing to see both crews work long and hard to complete this involved job in a high quality manner. The two team leads, Robby and Julian were very effective at managing their respective employees and it was obvious that they both had extensive experience with vent cleaning and installing Aeroseal and the Aerus air scrubbers. I received a quote to have our ducts cleaned by another company before I found T.I.E.S. The other company quoted after 15 minutes at the property. The representative from T.I.E.S, spent about an hour and figured out a way to mitigate why we were receiving so much sentiment into our ducts and unit. The quote was on par with what the other company proposed, but the original company didn’t figure out the root cause. Many thanks to this team. Breathing clean air is very important to us. We purchased a new family homestead approximately 3 years ago, & we could not stop sneezing after settling in. We just opened the doors to "air out the house" which is unrealistic for both the electric bill & heat. It doesn't do any good either.
