We hired TIES to clean our ducts and check for leaks. The 2 technicians we had were Julien and DeShaun and they were excellent! Both were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. It was a big job and once they found leaks they stayed late to fix them with Aeroseal rather than come back a third day, which we really appreciated. I swear they never stopped moving! At the end of each day they cleaned everything up so well-it was as if they were never here. This summer has been BRUTAL. Our AC kept saying it was 80 degrees inside the house even though we would leave the thermostat at 75. It was becoming unbearable. I called a few companies and thought I was going to need a new AC. We’ve been so stressed.

I called ties and told me they would check things thoroughly before jumping to conclusions. They came to my house, I was shocked when they said my ducts were leaking.
