As a Realtor and Homeowner having professionals I can count on is essential. TIES 360 is at the top of my list. Honest and Dependable, service I can count on at a price that I know is fair. Using another company is not an option for a quality job done correctly.

TIES were very professional & I can feel the air blowing much stronger now after the ducts have been cleaned. I don't believe they were ever cleaned in this house which we just purchased. I was expecting more "before & after" pictures as I was promised but I only saw two. The price is very, very high comparatively but I was happy with the service but do feel the price is too high.

Best company in the business! Professional and thorough. I had a problem, well multiple problems with my AC... so naturally I hired the company that installed my unit to service it and they didn't do much for me and charged me $400. I had condensation, mold, dust. etc... from an old AC unit and building. Need much more work done.

I saw TIES in my neighborhood and figured I would talk to them. I ended up talking with owner! Lucky me. I got the break down. It's not cheap, but nothing of quality is. Thankfully, I got the work done. I have mold free air. Clean air coils. Fan etc. I don't know how they do it. It was filthy. Never cleaned before I moved in. But they came thru started at 9 am ended at 5pm. NOW IT IS CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. Worth every dollar. I can't believe just how dirty it was before TIES did work.

To think the other company called this clean is...

I cannot say enough about my experience Total Indoor Environmental. They gave me a very reasonable quote and informed me every step of they way as to what and when they would be doing things. They were there on time every time. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I highly recommend their company.

Good work! But they should include air quality testing as part of guarantee. I hired them to get rid of HVAC mold before selling my beach condo. They made good on their commitment to clean out my mold problem (where another contractor wanted to rip out drywall to replace the entire system!), but they wouldn't back up their guarantee. We had to hire an air-quality tester to ensure the buyer that my system was as clean as TIES said it would be. Luckily, it was! Would hire them again.
