I had my a/c system fully replaced 3 weeks ago. The new system was running so efficiently that it was sucking all of the dirt and pet fur that had been sitting in the ducts for as long as I’ve lived in my home which was built in 1998. I was referred to T.I.E.S. 360 by my a/c company Green Cooling Solutions. I must admit that having the ducts cleaned regularly was not something I had ever been aware of, and I am a very clean person who does not like dirt, dust and pet fur on any surfaces in my home.
I immediately called Kay who is the owner of the company and she put my fears about never having done this work before, to rest.
She sent Robby out to evaluate my home and to estimate what the work would cost.

We have used them on a couple of occasions for both cleaning and sealing of duct work in two houses. They are thoroughly professional and respectful of their customers premises and customers themselves. They planned the work in advance and reviewed it with us. They prepared in advance of the scheduled work date by visiting the site with the actual technicians who would be performing the work to formulate a plan and review it with us.
