We had Tony and Julian over for a duct inspection and were very thorough. They told us ducts were clean and clear and there was no charge. We called again when our air conditioning was failing and Anthony was quick to find the problem and explained and showed us the defected part. Both times the guys were polite and very helpful. We would recommend them again.

Anthony and Craig were wonderful. Came on time and very efficient. They could not be more friendly and answered all our questions In fact Anthony alerted us to a leak from out boiler and were able to call a plumber before it got serious. Highly recommend this company.

I had TIES360 come to our house out in Venice couple weeks ago . My husband and I we're having some issues with our house having our bedroom very hot and the rest of the house cold . I contacted TIES in which they did a test to check for leaks in our duct work . Well they showed us a report to find out we had huge holes in our duct work . We went ahead and had them sealed and what a difference ! I am super excited to see our next electricity bill which we are happy to save money . Also a big plus it has helped the amount of dust in our home . Great company to work with and very knowledgeable.

They were very friendly and professional. The main office follows up after the work is done to ensure the work was satisfactory.

Downside: the prices seemed high. Upside: they are friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
