I used Next Door Neighbor to inquire who had good results with a duct cleaning company that they would recommend, I received several responses and went with the company most recommended after getting an estimate and information of just what they would be doing, which was TIES 360. They came when they said they would for the big two day job. The three men doing the job were very polite, clean and careful with the house. They cleaned up each day before leaving. Had calls from their office to make certain all okay. Office stayed in touch with us each day. Driver would text when they were on their way each day. I would highly recommend TIES 360. This company is phenomenal to work with. They did a complete duct rebuild for me a couple years ago. I was not hesitant at all to contact them again with a different project. They are very responsive. Robby came out to provide an estimate. He addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions. He provided me an estimate on the spot and the Office contacted me the next day to schedule the work. The communication from that point on with Text Messages was amazing. Matt Nystrom (and another gentleman whose name I did not get) came out to perform the work. The communication was excellent, and he explained each and every step of what he was going to do. I could not be more pleased. Don’t hesitate to contact this company. You will not be disappointed.

TIES did a very good job from start (quote) to finish. Did a total re-do of homes HVAC system about 2 months ago. System super-efficient now. We can keep thermostat at higher temperature and it's still COLD (a good thing) in house. We can totally notice the (good) difference. We're really happy we used TIES. The two guys who did work were great. On time, very courteous, explained what they were doing and completed job on time. I recommend.

Our project was the de-installation of a supplemental dehumidifier which we had installed to our HVA system previously. As with the initial installation, the subsequent de-installation went without a hitch, and according to plan. I will use TIES 360 again.
