WOW! Where do I start. I really want to thank Shiva at Tier One Credit for helping me out and fixing my credit. When I spoke to him I was not in the strongest credit scores and could never get to the 700 score even with the experience I have had with credit. As a real estate investor your FICO score determines what rate or loan you can get and I always had to pay higher rates. Within months Shiva looked over my credit report and was able to fix the many errors I had which I never knew can effect my credit score and I had no idea how to get them removed too. I had a tricky case. They ended up not taking it. They gave me free advice for 35 minutes about what was tricky. Note it was clear from minute one I was offering money. Turning the money down because they thought they couldn't win shows genuine integrity. I can confirm that the intro call will be informative. You will be getting their honest opinion even when that honest opinion isn't in their best interests.
