I was referred to Tier One through my cousin who's a loan officer. Sam reviewed my file and said I was a good fit for credit repair. He kept me updated and removed a collection. Can't speak to the actual service as I can't seem to get to that point with them. Seem like nice people but someone named Sam has been promising me initial paperwork going on 3-4 weeks now on multiple occasions and then disappears again not to be heard from. Seems ability to follow through and follow up is non existent which actually makes me more concerned about giving them money to perform the service and then having the same problem. I have worked a number of months of Tier One Credit to improve my credit scores which took a big hit during the pandemic. I had a number of late payments on cards and also some "settled for les" than the full amounts
