I originally started with Bank of the West in Feb.2019 and was promised to close soon with lower interest rate and minimal costs. Well this continued till the end of November. I finally realized that these people from Bank of the West are very inept. I spoke to Shiva Bhaskar and he introduced me to Mona Elhalwagy and she did my loan and closed in a month. Truly professionals with total transparency. She explained to me everything, disclosed all the interest, points and all pertinent costs.
