Cleaner was very good. However the owner runs a dual tear customer system which he doesn't explain upfront. Even when you're confirmed on schedule for cleaning if a higher paying customer needs a cleaning and he runs short on cleaners you will get bumbed off schedule. When you complain he simply stops replying to your text. Not a person or business I would recommend proceeding with.

Ali, Taggrid and Melina were absolutely amazing. Very polite and respectful throughout the entire process! I opted for the full deep clean package and they did not disappoint one bit. They cleaned and polished everything in sight. Will definitely be using Tidy Upped again!
