Mark and his son did an amazing job on cleaning our flooring. I want to give a testimonial of the kind of service they provided which went above and beyond. We just lost our dog Cocoa a month ago. Cocoa at the very end of her life was slipping on the potty training at the end. As a result our room has an odor. They came out cleaned the carpet and came back to give the carpet another cleaning. I told them it made a huge difference but I could still smell it a little. I asked if they would come back out and I could pay them but I figured one more shot would do the trick. They came back out and didn’t even charge us and the smell is gone. We appreciate that kind of service and we will recommend them to others. Steve Lynch

Thompson's Steamway cleaned the tile floors in our recently purchased property. The difference in the flooring was night and day! The recently cleaned tile looks BRAND NEW, like the extra tile in boxes that were left behind for us. I would use Thompson's again and highly recommend them.
