I am a contractor in Prescott Valley and I am proud to have referred Thompson's Steamway to many of my customers over the last 8 years with absolutely no problems. I also have been using Mark and the crew to clean my own carpets and rugs at my house for the last 8 years. I just call Karen at the office and she takes care of all the scheduling and answers any questions or concerns that I might have. Thompson's Steamway has always been very respectful to me and my clients. They have been respectful of personal property and pets while working in mine and my clients homes. We own a VRBO. Many folks don't treat a short term rental like their own home. We depend on Mark's team to clean the carpet so it's as close to home was possible. They are always willing to work within our occupancy schedule, which can be a challenge. In addition, I have used them in my home to clean upholstery & area rugs.
