We own a VRBO. Many folks don't treat a short term rental like their own home. We depend on Mark's team to clean the carpet so it's as close to home was possible. They are always willing to work within our occupancy schedule, which can be a challenge. In addition, I have used them in my home to clean upholstery & area rugs.

Have been a satisfied customer for more than 20 years now.
Thompson's is locally owned. They are always on time, and provide courteous and professional cleaning. They are polite,careful and thorough around the furniture and results are always perfect. Even had them clean a fabric covered reclining chair.

We have over 2000 sq ft of marble flooring that had become dull over 18 years of traffic. Thompson's Steamway came in and fully resurfaced and sealed all the marble and now it looks better than when new! Their owner, Mark, and his son did a very professional job and followed up with minor repairs and touch-ups, as well as carpet cleaning. I would highly reccomended these guys for all your carpet cleaning and floor maintenance needs. 5 star company!! Read more >
