Thompson Steamway always does an excellent job cleaning our carpets. We have two Labradors, who shed constantly and coincidentally, smell like dogs. We typically get the carpets cleaned twice a year before family visits, and it's like they're brand new! Mark and/or sons always arrive on time, work quickly and efficiently, are extremely professional and friendly, and the outcome is beautiful! We purchased a home with several wool rugs..had Thompson's Steam do the job for us. They showed up when scheduled, on time with a smile. We then had them come back to do our flagstone floor, Clean and Seal as well as our tile flooring. These young men, Nelson and Keegan were just the best. I chose Thompson's on a gut feel after reading reviews. We just closed on a house and we're appalled at the conditions after the owner had moved out. Mark told us he could clean the tile & grouting which would make a Big difference so we handed him the keys and said Do It! When we came back a week later, it had made a difference but it was in such poor original shape I felt it needed a little more attention. When Karen called I relayed my concerns and she said, "no problem" and sent Mark out. He walked through the house with me and then told me since I was going to massively paint that he would suggest coming back after painting. We agreed and he showed up with his wonderful crew and they worked a small miracle with the 8 yr old tiles & grouting.
