The folks at Thompson Steamway did an excellent job of communicating when they would arrive and complete the job. Their team is fast and efficient. They evaluated the carpets and suggested cleaning strategies. I’ve hired them two or three times already in the last few years. Will continue to hire them anytime I need my carpets cleaned. Thompson's Steam Way is a reputable family business that tries and succeeds to please their customers. It all begins with phoning Thompson's Steam Way and being greeted by a warm and friendly voice - that would be Karen. Karen will work hard to give you an appointment that is convenient for you and that allows the crew of Mark and his son - that would be Karen's brother and nephew, enough time to do their very best job for you. The work itself is excellent. My carpet was just cleaned this week, and though I was sure a couple of pet stains would resist the effort that was expended by the Thompson crew, I am happy to say that the stains are gone - outa here! So if you are in the market for a dependable company to clean your carpet, please call Thompson's Steam Way and allow them to show you how the pro's do it.
