After years of trying unsuccessfully find a firm to rid our attic and subfloor space of pests (rats and squirrels), TWC came out and diagnosed the problem (locations of ingress and egress) and about 2 weeks or so later came out and sealed these spots up. They also worked closely with Specialized Pest Control to trap the intruders both before and after the access sealing. My wife and I are really pleased that we have finally rectified a health and safety problem for our home.
