This company was recommended to me by a family member. My initial interaction was okay but I quickly found out that they are extremely unresponsive. If you want a door/window, you will be calling them daily trying to get a call back from the correct person. Every time I called, they said they would have Jonathan call me back that day. Every single time, he would take 2-4 days to get back with me. Once I finally got ahold of him to give him the details of the door I was wanting, he told me he would get a quote asap but then never called me back for 2 weeks. I had to call for 2 days straight to even reach him. Once I got ahold of him again, he completely failed to get a quote and even forgot what the details were. I found The Window Source online after searching for a company who could replace my windows. One thing that stood out was they had a ton of great reviews. Scheduled an appointment and the rest was history. Our sales consultant Jonathan was on time, professional and answered any questions we had. He was clear and transparent (just like the windows…lol). The install team equally impressive. They gave me a game plan of their installation. Worked with me on which room to start on since I had a little one in the home. I sell new homes for a living, the team who did the install did amazing work. The ordered windows came in on time. Installation scheduling was easy. The installation crew led by Christian was excellent and professional, they went to work quickly, worked hard in the heat, had everything they needed, had a person cleaning behind them and were friendly. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend The Window Source and the installation crew.

Though it took longer than expected for the windows to arrive, once they came in the installers arrived early, addressed all my concerns during installation, protected furniture and carpet from dust and debris, and cleaned up after installing windows. They made me aware of one window and one screen delivered with damage and assured me they would be replaced.
The company's owner also assured me the damaged items would be replaced. The owner agreed to give me a refund for the double hung windows ordered v. single hung windows received, plus compensation for inconvenience I experienced. My salesperson explained to my satisfaction that windstorm requirements in my area mandated single hung windows due to the size of the windows and apologized for not notifying me beforehand.
