From the initial sit down with our knowledgeable Sales Representative, Jonathan, to the completion of the job we had a very good experience with The Window Source of Houston. The Team who installed our windows were very knowledgeable and did an exceptional job! The windows are beautiful and were installed in one day. A big "Thank You" to our team: Tito, Carlos, Manuel, Christoff, Ephram and Sylvia! We also had a new French Door installed by Erik and Ephram who also did an exceptional job! I recommend The Window Source of Houston to anyone interested in replacing their windows and doors!

Had a large double pane (4’X6’) custom window with a broken seal that needed replacement. Contacted Window Source and have been very pleased with their service. Supply chain issues, which were not the fault of Window Source, delayed the arrival of the window for a few months but once it arrived the installation was handled in an expedient and professional manner. The crew was very meticulous and did an outstanding job. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs window replacement.
About a month before this window arrived, another window on the opposite side of the room developed a stress crack and we have contracted with Window Source for the second replacement. On a positive note the time frame for its arrival is much faster so the supply chain issue with their manufacturer seems to be rectified.

I don’t know about their windows but don’t let them be your door source.
Called to have 4 doors replaced. Representative showed up and convinced me out of replacing 3 of the 4 doors (it was an awkward thing but later on highly appreciated). After some expected delay in today’s market the new patio door arrived.
The door (and it was expensive) came chipped at one spot and with a loose window frame on the other end.
The installer did an awful job. He handed me an unfinished product (see photos). The door didn’t come with a trim. He ran to a hardware store and bought 3 pieces of wood you can’t even call a trim. He left the trim unpainted with nails and screws showing. He did not install...

I ordered a 6 panel sliding door from The Window Source of Houston. The experience was very easy and had no delay's on the original time frame set for delivery. I will use them in the future for any needs I have.

I was very satisfied with the job they performed professionally replacing my windows , it was a very satisfied well done job .
