Very good and reliable service at reasonable rates. The carpet cleaning service is far better and more affordable than other companies I've used that specialize in carpet cleaning. I'm especially fond of the total absence of any drying time. The only thing keeping me from giving five stars is you need to make sure the employee knows when you've requested something besides the standard maintenance cleaning (such as the Spring Clean package) as, in my experience, the front office doesn't seem to always communicate this to the employee. Make sure you know what's included in your package to ensure you get the services you paid for. P. S. Lupe (maid) and Tim (carpets) are excellent, professional, and thorough! Best team I've had in the 4 or 5 times I've been a customer.
