Alejandra is excellent. She is always on time and very reliable and trustworthy. She has been with me for over 3 years. Communication is very good. I have dogs and cats and Alejandra is comfortable with all of them. I appreciate her acceptance of my animals and she always treats me with respect and kindness.

Over all it was good. The cleaning staff was going to use a wet mop on wood floors, she said that they were not equipped with cleaning solutions for wood floors. I gave her wood floor cleaner for our floors.

Both Alexandra and McKayla (sp) were extremely professional and efficient in their commitment to the tasks they tackled for me. Great finish!
