I was amazed of how the process of me finding the house that fits in my budget and actually loving that house and eventually purchasing it was done in less than a week .
The agent that assisted me ( Mr. Alan Seaborg) ,really did a great job of finding that house perfect for me.
I was actually located physically away from the place I where I wanted to buy a house, we were just communicating through phone text messaging and email. Uploading the live videos of the houses I find on the list add. And narrowed down to the best ones I see.
He was outright honest and does not sugarcoat anything regarding the properties I see on photos and the live videos which really great.Every step of that process of finding that house all the way to the closing of the property he was there and his company..
