Alan was just the best agent I could have asked for: he walked me through every step of the process from initial looking around to negotiation to post-closing, and he always took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. He was so accommodating when I would send him places I wanted to see and, thanks to him, I ended up with a place I'm very happy with.

After my offer was accepted, Melissa helped coordinate everything and was so helpful in getting answers to all my questions, keeping me on track with everything that had to get done, and checking in to make sure I was supported throughout the process.
