THE BIG PLUS: They provide a list of vendors that provide discounts and VIP services because you are a Wexler Group client. Everyone is so darn nice!! Agent Lauren provided the expertise to set the listing price, recommendations for minimum work needed prior to listing, and setting the open house for the first weekend. Lorie juggled the open house and Nicor fixing a gas leak, while I was out of town, keeping me in the loop.
