The Vine Landscaping did a beautiful job clearing my overgrown yard. But what makes them an exceptional service was the clear, timely and accurate communication. I am getting ready to schedule another job with them.

Christine had a great experience with The Vine Landscaping

This was my first time with The Vine Landscaping and it was not the best experience because they did not make it the day they said they were going to be here nor the next day. When they did come out, it was dusk and I could not really tell how they did. Also, I do NOT like the fact they text or email me at least 2X a day to let me know my bill was due. I have asked to be put on a 30 day billing cycle, but as of yet, have heard nothing from them. I really hope things go MUCH better in 2023.

Horrible workmanship. Owner would not listen to customer needs and did not communicate to staff. Put customer in position to constantly have to tell them landscape desires. Still charged for services when it was not done correctly. Their crew was inappropriate, defensive and not responsive to requests that service was incorrect. Our yard maintenance was a simple task that they could not get right (weed whacking a yard isn’t the same as mowing). I can’t imagine using them for something bigger.
