this was my first service with your company and I came home to a very unpleasant mow.

The 2 gentlemen that did our lawn were finished in less than 20 minutes, while I do understand that time is money, they didn’t look over the lawn at all to see if anything was missed.

I understand that nobody can be perfect but this is extremely upsetting to me that even though I am paying and hope to keep a long relationship with your company that my lawn would be left looking like this, please see attached pictures and reach out so we can somehow rectify this, thank you very much, it seems like a lot of spots were missed especially around my trees and around concrete, there are many more photos

Don't go with this company for leaf cleanout. They don't work efficiently, and it's not worth it. The guys slack off even though they charge you by the minute.

I contacted this company about cutting my grass and got a reasonable estimate, to which I replied by email and heard nothing back. I called to make sure the message was received and was told I was good and service would take place on Wednesday. No one showed up and I attempted to contact anyone available but to no avail until I left a comment on their Facebook page, which was removed, and left a messenger via Messenger. I was told this would be corrected. I figured this would move me to the top of the customer service as there had been a failure but by 9am, no one had called so I again had to call and ask for service. The crew that showed up spent about 20 mins on my yard and did no weed eating but I was charged the full price for service. I was not happy with the yard preparation. There was too much dead and live grass left in the yard. There wasn’t enough compost material resulting in it being raked thin over the yard. I question the quality of this batch of sod because many of the sod sheets fell apart as the crew tried to lay them. Clean up of the street and sidewalk was good but there was a lot of dead grass and old sod pieces left by the yard.

The team installed these blue and white Hanukkah / Christmas lights!! They are hard working, friendly, on time and have the best communication in the industry! They also do my lawn mowing service throughout the year. Highly recommend!

I was disappointed in the outcome of my service, unfortunately. For a company that charges so much and presents themselves as a high-end service provider, they did a low-end job. The outcome was no better than hiring any random neighborhood yard guys.
I had to request after-photos which made it evident that the job was not done well. I spoke to the owner who sent his team back out. (Thank you) However, the job was still low quality.
Apparently, they don’t “edge” the yard, so there was not a straight line making the yard look neat and straight. Additional, I paid them to remove a fence. They simply cut the posts, but left the white vinyl parts visible. The bushes and tree limbs I paid them to cut back/clean up still look a mess.

My grass was not cut at all. They just ran over the yard without cutting. This is the same thing that happened last week. So today I was charged for a job not done. No edging around the fences. Very unhappy.
