The crew was friendly but did not exhibit a sense of urgency and spent too much time working on the project. It seemed like they were unprepared. Hand-picking every single rock from the front yard was not the most efficient way to get rid of them and replace them with mulch. I had to lend the crew my shovel. I would also wish to receive quick responses to questions and feedback. I had replied to a text message confirming the color of mulch preferred after initially deciding on a different one but still received the wrong color. Despite sending the message more than two days prior to the work.
