The Vine’s performance has been markedly deficient, demonstrating both an inability and unwillingness to fulfill their contractual obligations. The sales team made commitments they failed to deliver, leaving several key aspects of the project incomplete. Additionally, their workforce displayed a lack of care for safety and cleanliness, leaving an open utility knife in the driveway, a shovel in the front yard, and discarded trash across both the front and back yards.
Not only did they fail to address the sinkholes, as specified in the contract, but they also became confrontational when I requested completion of these pending items. Despite assuring me of a final visit to resolve these issues, the vendor simply failed to show up, making it clear they had no intention of finishing the work as promised.
