John came to give me an estimate and said I'd receive the estimate by the end of the day. Three working days later, a bunch of phone calls, even a message for him to return my phone, which he didn't, and no estimate. If he didn't want me as a customer, he should have just said so, instead of leading me on. Very unprofessional.

I was quoted for a job that involved cleaning out my flower beds, bush trimming, de-weeding, and mulch. First time the team came out, they missed a whole side of my home, and broke off my gutter extenders and left them in my driveway. Had to contact and send pictures of the missed work. Second trip, i watched as they took a weed trimmer and cut off the tops of the weeds and then covered everything with mulch. Today, roughly a week later, weeds are popping out like spring flowers, and I am doing the work myself I paid for. I won’t be hiring their services again. Waste of my money! =(
