Nick Folkedahl represented a flipper who made four offers on a house we had listed. We accepted the fourth offer. After we were under contract, we never heard from Nick. He did not return calls from our Realtor. The earnest money deadline and inspection termination deadline came and went, and Nick was nowhere to be found. Nick’s client clearly never intended to close this deal and Nick’s failure to communicate wasted our time, as well as the time of everyone else involved in this failed transaction.
