I am a personal friend of a seller that was consistently contacted by Nickolas Folkedahl as a representative of an interested investor for the listed property. Initially , Nickolas consistently inquired and made offers on the listed property that were respectively declined. Nickolas consistently ignored the listing agent’s private remarks with full knowledge his offers were required to be presented to the Seller. Eventually Nickolas made an offer that was acceptable to the Seller last week, it was inclusive of Nickolas self serving terms, but the Seller agreed to accept.
