We had a very good experience selling our home through the Strange Team. The photos taken were excellent, and our home went under contract for a fair price and in a timely manner (less than a month). Our questions were answered promptly, and Nick assisted us in addressing the buyer’s inspection issues. Nick and Wes were available to support us throughout the entire selling process, allowing us to close at a time convenient for us before we left on vacation. Also since we were still waiting to close on our new home, we were able to rent back from the buyers for four weeks to avoid the dreaded double move. Everything worked out great, and we are so happy to recommend the Strange Team if you are selling your home!

Unfortunately, Nick Folkedahl had an investor client, Paul Strange of 7,000 Residential Trusts, part of the Strange Group, who made a frivolous offer on a home being sold by a client of mine. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in my ten year real estate career. Do not trust offers made by these people or this group.
