Jim gave us a step by step plan to get our house sold, did his research and believed we could sell our house for more than we thought. His plan included a professional photographer, marketing team and interior designer that was part of his percentage! We got 3 offers in 3 days. Jim has been very unresponsive to my realtor regarding a property that he has listed. We have 4, if not 5 messages, into him with no response.

I did not write this so you would reply, but rather to review you and your lack of professionalism. If you are looking to resolve my issue, I would suggest you start by communication with those who communicate to you.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Jim Starwalt and his entire team. From keeping our supply of shoe covers stocked to communicating with us about contract details Jim and his team did a great job.

Jim did a great job of listening to our list of "wants" for our new home.
