We sold our place remotely as we live in Florida now. Jim was responsive and got the place sold quickly. He knows the local market well and we felt confident in his knowledge. Plus he’s super nice, so it made working together even better!

Overall very pleased. Jim and Susan went above the call of duty to help me with our feral cats- SO appreciated. At times, I felt like communication could have been better. Not sure how much experience with short sales this group has had but a lot of what we were told in June of 2019 did NOT play out which was a little disappointing. Overall- happy to have this behind us! We would recommend this group to our friends.

This guy is a Fraud. and in violation of Illinois Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices statute. Breach of implied Service. we plan to take him to court in very near future and will demand a full refund of your commission and punitive damages If you want details, contact me, I can provide details.

Stay away from him. we hired him to sell our house that was managed my property management company. He made an appointment with the property management company, saw the house and was well aware of the contract between the property management company and us. He then recommended his own attorney friend for closure. Completely ignore the contract that demanded 3% of commission by property management company. After the sale, I called him multiple times, 7 emails, dozen of phone calls but no response. we willa lso be reaching out to Better homes and garden and Realtor association...
