My experience this year was much better than last year. The Squeegee Ninja complied with my request that they send to staff to clean my windows (unlike last year when I only had one for most of the day). Today they arrived at 8:30 AM and were finished at noon. Last year they arrived at approximately the same time and didn't leave until 5:30 PM! My windows look great and I had the entire second half of the day to complete my other errands!
