I had such a bad slipped disc that Urgent Care told me to take massive pain meds for 3-4 days, and if not better, then to go see a surgeon right away. I went to Dr. Boelk instead. Within days he was able to bring my pain down from a level 9/10 to a 7/8. I went every day (M-Th/Fr) for four weeks and every week my pain went down by several digits. As of today I am officially pain free, have full function of my legs, can walk my 90lb dog, play Marco Polo with our teenagers in the pool, and get back to my normal life.
