Dr. Lou was extremely helpful during my recovery from a car accident. He helped me manage the physical recovery as well as the emotional distress. I wholeheartedly believe his recommended supplement regimen and dietary suggestions assisted in the healing process also

For the past two years I have been Dr. Lou Walters' patient and am beyond pleased with having him as my doctor. He has given me thorough and compassionate care. I find he listens intently and gives me detailed treatment specific to my health concerns and needs.

I have to say I'm very disappointed with The Source Wellness Center. While the treatment was fine, Dr. Walters clearly has no concept of payment or what is covered, or what isn't.

I went in and he said that Aflac would cover all of my treatment. Multiple times he informed me of this. Aflac covers $120 for the first treatment, $35 after that. All the time. So when he said it was covered, I assumed he knew what he was talking about. Even before I left I asked if I needed to do anything and he said no, I was covered.

Fast forward 6 months later, I get a bill in the mail. Not even a phone call, anything. Well, I signed a contract that I'm responsible for payment, even though orally he said that it was covered. So he threatened to take it to a collection agency. I never would have gone back for a follow up twice if I knew it would cost me $140.
