I have been requesting our system be serviced for a month, and been getting the run-around by this company. The customer service has been terrible. They seem very responsive if you want to have a new system installed, but good luck after that. Seth has been very rude and unprofessional. I would recommend using Culligan Water, instead.

Michelle and Javier are great!! Michelle is professional and friendly! She answered all of my questions for our current home and provided recommendations for our new home. Javier arrived to service our current system. He was friendly and very patient as he explained how to care for our system, which we absolutely love! We will be purchasing a second system for the new home! Both Michelle and Javier provided great customer care and we appreciated every laugh, phone call and visit. Thank you Michelle and Javier!
