Seth came by to replace the membrane on my Reverse Osmosis Filter (ROF) and replace the motherboard in the main house filtration system. He was incredibly knowledgable and informative as he coached me on how to go about replacing the filters on the ROF myself. His coaching provided me with the knowledge I needed so that I don’t have to rely on The Source H2O sending out a technician in the future in order to replace my filters again. They make a quality product and they hire quality people to help support their products. Micheal from customer service was incredibly easy to work with over the phone and was an absolute pleasure to talk to in general. I highly recommend this company.

I can not say enough good things about this company. Michelle is amazing for customer service and Red and Chuck did the best move/install for us. Most reliable and friendly service in town!!! The guys went way above and beyond for us today in every way!

After all the hassle I went through with this company if I could give them 0 stars I would. They seem amazing but their finance company Aqua Finance is horrible. They clearly don’t care about their clients if they are having them sign contracts with a finance company that only has 2 stars. They also promise no interest for a certain amount of days and in the end aqua finance still charges you interest.

I would absolutely not use this company if you are going to be doing any financing. They set you up with a credit union called Aqua Finance for your loan. They say you get no interest for the first amount of days etc. However they don’t tell you how horrible Aqua Finance is. Aqua finance up charges every single month. When you try and pay off the loan they charge you an additional $25 dollars and then hold your check for weeks to get you charged additional interest. If I would have known how horrible their lending company was I would never have purchased through them. My advice is to look elsewhere. Also look up Aqua Finances reviews. This has happened to multiple people not just me. Stay clear of this company not worth it!
