The Source H2O and staff provided our family with a great experience. From the education specialist, to the installation team, to the follow up check we have had nothing but GREAT customer service. I feel confident that if I have any issues they will be more than happy to assist. I love doing business locally and they are right down the street. My water tastes wonderful and I am no longer ingesting toxic chemicals. It feels wonderful to know my skin, our biggest organ is no longer absorbing the toxins in our water.

I love the system but their customer service needs work. They waneed almost $300 for replacement filter that I found exact matches for for $90 online. I was very rudely told my warranty was voided because I didn't pay their outrageous prices. Don't have to do business with them again
