Amelia Conrado was very plesent. We enjoy our system. The price was higher than what I wanted, but the clean drinking water is amazing.

We got the system installed this last week and everything they promised has been true. Even when we had some mishaps with the installment, the company more than made up for it when we made it known to them. Great company to work with. Yes they are selling you something and YES it’s worth it.

Salesman / "chemist" was very rude and super pushy. So called water tests didn't prove anything and I still don't know what is in our water. Talked down to both my husband and I during his entire pitch. When we wanted to get actual pricing he was very vague and wouldn't give a straight answer. When we told him we needed time to make the decision of purchasing a $7,000 product he got even worse. He told us how people who say they need time usually just end up costing his company time and money, and that he had respect for people who just said "no" rather then asking for time. Well, he sold us right into a "no".

He also sold the soap more then the filter and I couldn't care less about the soap. Bring a sample of the soap if that is what I'm actually buying.

Melissa and Miguel and the whole team at source h2o have been amazing to work with. I absolutely love the new water system we have. I am so happy to have it back in my life, having clean water has made my skin issues go away and it’s great to shower in! Thank you guys for being amazing and having such a great team! You have been amazing to work with!

Wouldn't even talk to me unless i purchased a system and even suggested i roll the $7000+ into my new mortgage when all i really needed was to have my water tested. Made 2 appts, was a no show to both, and whenever i attempted to contact the manager, his phone was turned off.

Wouldn't even talk to me unless I purchased their system. Suggested i have my mortgage company roll the cost into my mortgage when i just needed my water tested, then made 2 appts to collect water samples, and didn't show to either. Whenever i tried to call, the manager's phone was turned off.

I am so happy with this system. This is the 1st house I've lived in that I truly could not stand the water. We had sink filters, water bottles and filtered pitchers, but we still had spotty dishes, and white mineral build up on every faucet. With the Source H20 system, we have great drinking water, spotless dishes and no icky shower or laundry water! The staff are fantastic and the home system is amazing-
