LOVED The Source H2O

We are loving our Source H2O filtration system! The drinking water tastes amazing and is extremely refreshing. Our 16 year old son was ecstatic about how soft his skin was after taking his first shower with the filtered water. I have a job where I am constantly washing my hands and with this softer water my hands haven't been as rough and dry even before applying lotion. I cannot recommend getting this filtration system more! It really should be in every home!

I have been extremely happy with my water filtration system since 2014. The Source H2O along with staff members, Brandy, Michelle and Miguel have been taking care of all of my needs to keep the system working at its best. We had the whole system installed and it is more than I ever thought it could be. Everything is our home is more enjoyable from washing dishes {by hand} to doing laundry, to taking the most enjoyable showers ever!!! This is the best Christmas present I could ever have!

I have been extremely disappointed with their customer service this time around! After they reinstalled the system in our new home I had several issues and questions. I called multiple times, requesting a call back from someone that could answer my questions. No one ever called me back. I scheduled an appointment to have them check on the issue. They never showed up, and did not even feel the need to call and let me know they wouldn't be there. Considering I paid close to $500 just to reinstall my system, I would think they at least would give me a call back and show up for a scheduled appointment.
